Grammy Award Winning Music Supervisor Barry Cole will lead the discussion between a diverse panel of music supervisors, score composers, editors and music publishers that will cover various topics related to the use of music in film. The panel will discuss the
psychology of music in film, and the manipulative power that music gives the filmmaker over the emotions of an audience. Each panelist will discuss their specific area of expertise, and the challenges of composing, sourcing, and licensing music that successfully conveys the emotional landscape of a film.

Barry Cole and his consultation company, Spot Music has over 80 film credits including The Chi, The New Edition Story, Sling Blade, American Psycho, Alive Inside, Belly, Super Troopers, Brown Sugar, Marley and Notorious. Cole specializes in music supervision, clearance and managing publishing rights for filmmakers and musicians.  Cole was nominated for a Grammy in 2013 for his work on the documentary "Marley" in the field of Best Compilation for Visual Media and in 2014 founded the digital music and licensing portal multisfalcon.com
